SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Regular & Work-in-Progress Papers
On submission, authors are requested to precede the title by type of paper: “Regular Paper”, or “Work-in-Progress Paper”.
Special Session Papers
Authors contributing papers to a special session(s) are requested on submission to precede the title by ID of the corresponding special session using the following arrangement: SSXX – title of the paper In addition, full title of the special session should precede abstract. Please also contact the organizers of a special session to communicate submission of your paper.
PDF eXpress
All final submissions must fully comply with the IEEE conference format. The authors of accepted papers will be requested to use the IEEE PDF eXpress check to make sure of that compatibility. Accepted papers that fail that check, or exceed the referred submission page limits, will not be included in the IEEE eXplore database.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org
First-time users should do the following:
Select the New Users – Click Here link.
Enter the following:
• 56922X for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
